About us

Cabinet of Discoveries is a family-run antique map and print business based in Canberra, Australia.

We have been in business since 1997  but started collecting on 1972 when Ron was a diplomat and Pamela traveled the world with him. We buy and sell maps and prints all over the world.  Some are worth several thousand dollars, some less than $50; but all are chosen with care for  their authenticity, condition  and appeal to our taste. Our customers include collectors, investors and private individuals, but our principal clients are public institutions, including the following:

We exhibit regularly at the Canberra  Antiques Fair.
